Since arriving in Ottawa in 1985, Denis has established himself as one of the country’s most experienced VIP photographers. With his work at Global Affairs Canada, he has photographed more than 100 heads of state/heads of government, including The Pope, Queen Elizabeth II, President Obama, The Dali Lama, and Nelson Mandella, just to name a few.
